For deep sea fishing in Mossel Bay there is no team better than GoFish Mossel Bay Deepsea Fishing Charters. A fleet of 2 Butt Cat fishing charter boats, SAMSA safety registered, operate from the Mossel Bay fishing harbour when the weather allows. We normally leave early in the morning for our fishing trips (night fishing trips are also available) and have excellent catch rates of a wide variety of fish species. Our fishing charter boats are fully equipped with the best gear and our skippers have years of experience fishing the banks and reefs in the Mossel Bay and Stilbaai areas.
We have a 100% fishing safety record, and with the great assistance of our crew, kids and ladies can have a fantastic chance in landing that big fish too. We also cater for groups fishing together as well as corporate team building.
Nothing needs to be taken on board except your own personal stuff. Fishing rods and bait are organised by us to ensure you have a fun filled fishing experience.

Mossel Bay is well know for fish catches of big cob and cape salmon as well as a wide variety of game fish like tuna, yellowtail, skipjack and marlin. We also regularly catch a wide variety of reef fish including santer, red roman, red stumpnose (Miss Lucy), dageraad, catface rock cod, hake and yellowbelly rock cod. It is nothing strange to see an angler land up to 9 different species in one trip.
As with all warm water deep sea fishing trips we also encounter a wide variety of sharks – mako, thresher, bronze whalers, blue shark, ragged tooths and the more common gully and smooth hound sharks and you are welcome to try your stamina against these.
